Description
The 2009 GT Nomad Women’s is a hybrid bicycle built around a GT 7000 Series aluminum frame shaped with fitness geometry and a removable derailleur hanger. The SR NEX fork features one-piece aluminum lowers, a disc mount, and preload adjustment, lending the front end more capability than a typical urban hybrid. Kenda Euro Tour 700×38c tires on double-wall alloy rims strike a balance between road efficiency and light trail use.
Drivetrain duties fall to a Suntour NEX 200 triple crankset paired with Shimano’s TX-70 rear derailleur and 7-speed Revo twist shifters, giving a wide gear range suited to varied terrain. The GT Comfort saddle with plushskin cover reflects the women’s-specific comfort focus throughout the build.
