Enter the 90s and the GT Bicycles five-man All-Terra Race Team had clearly established themselves on the continental off-road racing circuit taking out a number of titles and proving that GT Bicycles was here to make its mark on the Mountain Biking world.

This year we see a big change in the line-up with the introduction of Titanium and the first venture away from Steel for the ATB Range. The Xizang LE (Limited Edition) was born and moved to the top of the ATB Range as a dedicated Titanium Model and hardcore XC Weapon. GT also introduced an entirely new range of Crossover bikes which featured a 700D Wheelset with a selection of tyres and the option of a flat or drop bar depending on your riding style.

These new feature from the Crossover Range were an attempt by GT to redefine the industry standards and open up new horizons. Which is something GT Bicycles became well known for during their years and were not scared to be innovative with styling, design, and functionality.

The triple triangle frame still remained at the heart of GT with a nine-model strong ATB Range plus the addition of a 24 Inch Wheelset for the Junior and a continuation of the Women’s option sizes. As GT Bicycles starts to target the entire family.
