1993 GT Passage
Hot summer nights, cool spring mornings. Throw a leg over the Passage and set the pedals in motion. Then wipe that grin off your face,
Description
The 1993 GT Passage is a chromoly hybrid bicycle built around a TIG pulse-welded Tange chromoly main tube frame featuring GT’s Triple Triangle cross design. It runs 700x41c skinwall tires on silver-anodised Araya PX-35 alloy rims, positioning it comfortably between road efficiency and light trail use. The GT unicrown aero-blade fork keeps the front end tidy, while a Shimano Altus-based 21-speed drivetrain with Sugino alloy crankset and CT-15 shifters handles the gearing. Shimano Altus C20 long cantilever brakes with multi-condition shoes provide stopping power across varied surfaces.
Available in five frame sizes for standard fit and two for ladies’ geometry, the Passage suits commuting and recreational riding equally well.
