Description
The 2009 GT Force 2.0 is an aluminum full-suspension mountain bike built around a 6061 monocoque frame with GT’s Independent Drivetrain suspension system, delivering 6.0 inches of rear wheel travel through a forged I-link with standardized bearings and a modular dropout. A Fox Float 32 R fork with 140mm of air-sprung travel handles the front end, complemented by a Fox Float R rear shock.
Drivetrain duties fall to a mixed Shimano SLX/Deore groupset, with a Hollowtech 2 crankset and nine-speed shifting. Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic brakes with 180mm rotors provide stopping power, and 26-inch WTB Speed Disc rims wrapped in Kenda Nevgal tires round out a capable trail-oriented build.
