Description
The 2009 GT Force Carbon Expert is a full-suspension mountain bike built around a GT-designed carbon monocoque frame featuring the Independent Drivetrain suspension system with 6.0 inches of rear wheel travel. The forged I-link, standardized bearings, and modular dropout system reflect a thoughtfully engineered platform. A Fox TALAS 32 R fork with QR 15 through-axle and adjustable travel between 110 and 150mm handles the front end, paired with a Fox Float RP23 rear shock.
Shimano XT runs throughout the drivetrain — FC-M770 Hollowtech 2 crankset, Shadow XT rear derailleur, and XT disc brakes with 180mm rotors — rolling on 26-inch Mavic XM-719 rims shod with Kenda Nevegal tires.
