2009 GT Sanction 1.0 is an aluminium 6061 monocoque enduro mountain bike with 6 inches of rear travel, a FOX 36 Talas fork, and full Shimano Saint drivetrain.
Description
The 2009 GT Sanction 1.0 is an aluminium enduro/freeride mountain bike built around an all-new 6061 monocoque frame delivering 6.0 inches of rear wheel travel through a forged I-link suspension design with a 12mm rear maxle dropout system. A FOX 36 Talas RC2 fork with 20mm through-axle and adjustable travel handles the front end, while a FOX DHX Air 4.0 XV shock manages the rear.
The drivetrain runs a full Shimano Saint groupset throughout — cranks, shifters, derailleurs, and brakes — with 203mm rotors providing serious stopping power. Mavic EX-325 rims laced to 26-inch Kenda Nevegal tires complete a build aimed squarely at aggressive trail and gravity riding.
