Description
The 1994 GT Ricochet is a chromoly mountain bike built around GT’s Triple Triangle design, with the frame constructed from Tange MTB double-butted tubing using TIG pulse welding. A Rock Shox Quadra 10 fork handles front suspension duties, while a Shimano Special Edition STX 21-speed drivetrain — including Rapid-Fire Plus shifters and HyperDrive-C crankset with anatomically sized arms — manages the mechanicals.
Mavic M400 double-wall alloy rims paired with Panaracer Hardcore Dart/Smoke 26×2.10 kevlar-bead tires give the Ricochet a capable trail-ready wheel package. Available in five frame sizes from 14.5 to 22 inches, the bike targets riders seeking a well-specified mid-range hardtail for cross-country use.
