Description
The 1994 GT Timberline is a chromoly-framed mountain bike built around GT’s Triple Triangle design, with TIG pulse-welded main tubes and stays forming a notably stiff and tidy rear triangle. The fork is a GT Unicrown unit with 1-1/8″ oversize chromoly blades and a matching oversized headset, lending the front end more rigidity than standard setups of the era.
Drivetrain duties fall to a full Shimano Alivio Upgrade Edition groupset, delivering 21 speeds through Rapid-Fire Plus thumb shifters. Araya AP-21 silver-anodized alloy rims carry Tioga Psycho II 26×1.95 tires, and Shimano Alivio cantilever brakes handle stopping. Five frame sizes make the Timberline accessible to a wide range of riders.
