Description
The 1992 GT Pantera is an aluminium-framed mountain bike built around GT’s Triple Triangle design using 7005 heat-treated tubing. The frame features a reinforced gusset at the head tube/top tube intersection, an oversize 1-1/8″ head tube, and vertical dropouts. A GT unicrown fork with butted chromoly blades and a Ritchey Logic headset handle the front end, while SunTour XC-LTD Accushift derailleurs and thumb shifters manage a 48/38/28T triple chainring drivetrain.
Stopping duties fall to DiaCompe XCE cantilever brakes up front and a U-brake at the rear. Araya CV-7 alloy rims in 26-inch paired with Kingon 2.1 tires round out a trail-capable package available across five frame sizes from 14 to 22 inches.
