1994 GT Outpost
1994 GT Outpost mountain bike features a chromoly Triple Triangle frame, Shimano Altus C50 shifters, and an 18-speed drivetrain for trail riding.
Description
The 1994 GT Outpost is an entry-level mountain bike built around a chromoly main tube frame using GT’s Triple Triangle design, Tig pulse welded for a clean, consistent finish. A GT Unicrown fork with 1-1/8″ blades handles the front end, keeping the build straightforward and serviceable. Drivetrain duties fall to an 18-speed Shimano Altus C50/Alivio setup with a 48/38/28 triple crankset, offering a practical gear range for varied terrain. Araya AP-21 silver anodized alloy rims laced to 26-inch wheels and Maxxis 26×1.95 tires round out a spec sheet suited to recreational trail riding. Five men’s and two ladies’ frame sizes make the Outpost broadly accessible.
