Description
The 1994 GT RTS 1 is a full-suspension mountain bike built around a handmade USA 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminium frame with TIG pulse welding and a Noleen piggyback adjustable coil-over shock at the rear. Up front, a Rock Shox MAG21 SL long-travel fork handles trail compliance alongside a 1-1/8″ oversize Tioga Aheadset.
Drivetrain duties fall to a Shimano XTR crankset paired with XT Rapid-Fire Plus 8-speed shifters and XT 24-speed derailleurs, while Shimano XT cantilever brakes provide stopping power. Mavic M-230 silver anodised rims laced to 26-inch wheels and Panaracer Kevlar-bead tires complete a build aimed squarely at serious trail riding. Five frame sizes cover a broad range of riders.
